Boca Bridges Homeowners Sued, Allegedly Won’t Pay For Swimming Pool

In a lawsuit just filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court, Floridian Pools, Inc., alleges that Donnie Upshaw and Nichole Upshaw owe $43,205 on a pool installation valued at $90,100. The Upshaws purchased their 7600-square-foot residence on Benedetta Place in Boca Bridges for $1,444,220 in April of 2021 and carry a roughly $1M mortgage, according to the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts. The contract to build the pool was signed electronically on July 27, 2021. It’s unclear why the Upshaws are refusing to pay. No countersuit has been filed. Floridian Pools, Inc, has no history of litigation in Palm Beach County. The $90,100....
